How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email with the tracking number ASAP. Please note that depending on which warehouse your products are being sent from, tracking may take some time to populate. Feel free to email us at Support@bearlundenterprises.com to check on your order status. We're happy to help.

I ordered more than 1 item, and I have only received one item, why is that?

Since we have several warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items it is possible that they will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the other. Don't panic! Sit tight and rest assured that the additional item(s) will arrive.

I placed an order but I didn't receive a confirmation email ... what's going on?

Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

All orders are processed and shipped the same day.  Shipping is free in U.S. excluding Hawaii and Alaska.  All orders will arrive within standard ground shipping origin unless notified otherwise of delay.

Cancellations

Since orders are processed and shipped the same day you must contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order.  If not contacted immediately order will still ship and then the return/exchange policy will be in effect.
